Mitt Romney To Flood Victim: 'Go Home And Call 211': "Never understood why Mitt Romney was there even by invitation. What can he do except be there for a press op. Basically, he's impotent. He can't issue any federal decree, can't order any troops, can't catch a dog so the only thing he can do is pretend he's not Bush and show up and pretend to care for the middle and low income people.
