The Bush White House Was Deaf To 9/11 Warnings: "You have to wonder if the RNC and the Mitt Romney campaign knew of this report and sat on its release? And you have to wonder if this was the reason why the name of George W. Bush was not spoken about during the convention? And does this validate the conspiracy theorist that 9/11 was an orchestrated White House event? Perhaps what is evident is that the White House was incompetent to intelligence briefings and more importantly, were arrogant in thinking that the U.S. was invincible to attacks. Pearl Harbor was a distant memory and history lessons are seldom learned or respected. Arrogance, however, remained intact. We went to war in Iraq, not the stronghold of Osama Bin Laden. 9/11 was suppose to be about the war on terrorism so how did this detour to Iraq occur? Dick Cheney found his opportunity to use the war on terrorism as an excuse to turn the on his war machine while Bush seemed in control but there are those who would argue that he was an impotent leader and a puppet to Cheney no matter ho much protest he would put up and deny the contrary. This is what Bob Woodward should be investigating instead of some political sparing from Obama, Boehner and a Republican Congress."
